Project Manager
(Full Time, In-Person Dayton, Ohio or Fully Remote - U.S. Only)
Position Focus:
Develop and execute plans to push projects from concept to completion
Position Details: There aren’t many places like Pink Ribbon Good (PRG). Here you’ll put more good into the world and get paid for it! We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us take our ideas and push them into reality so that we can help even more people. Responsibilities:
- Planning: Defining the goals, scope, timelines and deliverables for a project, then developing and implementing the project plan
- Galvanizing: Motivating the project team and building collaboration
- Scheduling: Monitoring progress, keeping the team on track and taking the necessary steps to ensure on-time delivery
- Informing: Providing project updates to the team and stakeholders so everyone is looped in and there aren’t surprises
- Managing Risk: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Propelling Forward: Wrapping up each project with key takeaways so that we’re continuously learning and improving with each project
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years of professional Project Manager experience.
- Proficient with project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills to spot trends, anticipate potential problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience leading and developing teams and building collaborative environments.
- Detail oriented and highly organized to manage multiple complex projects, timelines and resources efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent written, spoken and virtual communication skills.
- Have a passion for the PRG Mission.
Work Environment:
This is a full time position with hours 9am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, either working out of our headquarters in Dayton, Ohio or remotely from your home anywhere in the U.S.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
