Crew Lead Overview:
- Primary customer engagement lead and field sales leader.
- You will lead a team to open new doors (and windows) to help grow revenue and expand business across your territory.
- Your commission and career growth are both UNCAPPED!
- This role is focused on sales and customer service as a key driver of individual and team success.
- Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- Cleaning and scrubbing tracks, screens.
- Power washing brick, siding, and concrete.
- Gutter Cleaning.
- Leading the team in all new sales efforts (prospecting, and closing commercial and residential jobs).
- Leads are responsible for overseeing the execution of the job from start to finish.
- The Lead takes ownership of the entire job, including any imperfections.
- The Lead has the ultimate responsibility for job success, customer satisfaction and mentoring junior team members.
- In summary, the Lead plays a central role in coordinating and overseeing job processes, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Their accountability and communication skills are crucial to our success.
