This position will be unlike any job you've had before. We're looking for a hardworking individual who has experience in exterior residential or commercial cleaning that is looking to buy in with a quickly growing company in a wide open market.
The Technician plays a central role in assisting the Lead Technician in coordinating and overseeing job processes, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Tech's accountability and communication skills are crucial to our success.

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
- Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
- Gutter cleaning
- House washing using surfactants and chemicals.
- Communicate with customers about timeliness, sending alerts before arriving.
- Ensure clear communication by discussing job details upon arrival.

Pay Range: $16-$20 per hour tips commission on any self generated sale.
Yearly bonuses based on KPI’s goals achieved.
