Join our team at Pink’s as a technician and help this exciting team, working with clients to make their windows spotless! You will contribute to a fun, fast growing team while making an excellent reputation within the Pinks territory among its customers.
This role has a direct path to grow along with the company and expand into a larger part of the Nashville-area team.
Technician Role Overview:
You will assist your team in opening new doors (and windows) to help grow revenue and expand business across your territory.
This role is focused on customer service as a key driver of individual and team success.
Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
Cleaning and scrubbing tracks.
Cleaning Screens.
Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
Gutter Cleaning.
Additional Responsibilities:
Technicians manage tasks like cleaning rags and the their van at the end of the week.
Collaboration is key, and the Technician's role is to ensure smooth operations.
Technicians aim to grow professionally as the company expands.
Their role involves adaptability and taking on more responsibility as needed.
Ultimately, teamwork and shared responsibility drive our success as a company.
Compensation:
$16-$18 per hour tips
