Technician Role Overview:
- Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
- Cleaning and scrubbing tracks.
- Cleaning Screens.
- Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
- Gutter Cleaning.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Technicians manage tasks like cleaning rags for their van at the end of the week.
- They bring cleaned rags back and put them in the van first thing Monday morning.
- Technicians arrive early on Mondays to clean the van before the team meeting.
- These responsibilities encompass housekeeping and contributing to the company's growth.

Work days vary, generally 8:30-5PM.
This is a hospitality/sales type role. Yes, you will be window washing but customer service is your #1 priority, a clean window just falls under that. We want this to be important to you too, so you'll have recurring commission opportunities.
