Window Technician

Technician Role Overview:

• Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
• Cleaning and scrubbing tracks.
• Cleaning screens.
• Cleaning solar panels.
• Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
• Gutter cleaning.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Technicians manage tasks like cleaning rags for their van at the end of the week.
• They bring cleaned rags back and put them in the van first thing Monday morning.
• Technicians arrive early on Mondays to clean the van before the team meeting.
• These responsibilities encompass housekeeping and contributing to the company's growth.

Salary:

• $20 per hour lunch (up to $15) tips

• Collaboration is key, and the Technician's role is to ensure smooth operations.
• Their focus on smaller details helps maintain overall efficiency.
• Technicians understand that their role contributes to the team's success.

• Housekeeping tasks, like cleaning rags and vans, are part of the Technician's role.
• They ensure that these details are taken care of consistently.
• By handling these tasks, Technicians allow others to concentrate on core responsibilities.
• Their contributions help maintain a well-functioning team.

• Technicians aim to grow professionally as the company expands. Opportunity to become a Lead tech and then a GM. There are opportunities beyond that in the corporate office.
• Their role involves adaptability and taking on more responsibility as needed.

Additional Information

• Training begins March 24 and grand opening is March 31.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or sales is helpful but not required.
• Represent the company at local events and farmer's markets.
• Must have clean DMV record.
• Lunch (up to $15) is included.
• Must be fluent in English.
