Position Overview:
As a Line Cook at Pink Tiger, you will play a key role in our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to prepare and serve high-quality dishes. Your efforts will ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our team, with the potential for career development based on your commitment and skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items according to the menu, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Set up and stock your station with necessary supplies before each shift.
- Cook food items to order in a timely, efficient manner while upholding high standards of presentation and flavor.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, coordinated kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory control and proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and regularly clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, front-of-house staff, and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.

- MUST have 2 years of experience working on an active and busy restaurant line.
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
