About The Opportunity
Pink Zebra Moving is a local moving brand that disrupts the industry by delivering a better, more positive customer experience. The moving industry has experienced very little innovation over the past 50 years and we believe consumers are sick and tired of receiving such poor service from moving companies. Pink Zebra Moving strives to create an entirely new category of movers called "Happy Movers". A few examples of our fun:
- Free meals delivered the night before a move
- Fun surprises left behind after a move
- Music played in every room of a home or apartment during the move
- Impromptu dances performed by the movers
- A happy mascot arrives at many of the moves
This is a challenging role that will require strong leadership skills. As the Branch Manager, we do not expect you to jump on a truck, move a box or even push a dolly. We want you be a leader. The big boss, the king of the castle. The person who makes all of our magic come to life.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Direct supervision of a team of movers
- Direct supervision of at least one salesperson
- Converting leads into paying customers (selling)
- Hiring/firing of all employees
- Providing great customer service
- Some administrative duties such as payroll
- Dispatch of all trucks and employees
- Ensuring that your office and all trucks are well maintained
- Maintaining a positive workplace culture where movers are able to experience both professional and personal growth
- Engaging with customers, everyday and all day
- Networking with referral sources such as real estate agents and property managers
Qualifications
- Have a positive attitude
- Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- On call for Saturday jobs (assist with emergencies/communicate with employees/provide customer service)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Clean criminal background (yep, we're going to check)

Compensation
- $50,000 to $65,000 base annual salary
- Base salary of $50K, plus...
- Bonus Opportunity up to $15,000 per year
