Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, the Preconstruction Manager position provides project team leadership and has overall and bottom-line responsibility for the success of the project. The Preconstruction Manager position is key to delivering top-line project to the client.
PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS :
- 5 years of experience in preconstruction, construction, and / or a related industry
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related engineering or architectural program
- Requires experience within the last 5 years in Recreation Centers, Education, Municipal, Aerospace, or Research Facility Commercial Construction projects.
- Please include a comprehensive list of projects completed over the last five years with your application.
- Familiarity and demonstrated experience with multiple forms of collaborative project delivery, including design-build methods and hard bid
- Experience with all phases of design from conceptual documents to final drawings and specifications
- Applicants being considered for hire must pass a drug test before beginning work or receiving an offer of employment.

PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER COMPENSATION :
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary range for this position will be $88,000 - $132,000 Profit Sharing Performance-based Incentive Bonus. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
