Warehouse Associate - Fulfillment

Job Description

Warehouse Associate - Fulfillment is mainly responsible for pulling product off shelves, verifying orders, and shipping packages. The position will also be responsible for carrying out periodic inventory checks to ensure that our product quantities are accurate. The order processor will work underneath a supervising manager that will assign daily tasks in order to get all orders placed through our company’s website and shipped in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick, sort, and pack merchandise (order fulfillment) – Locating and selecting products for orders in an accurate and timely manner; safely and accurately placing orders in correct bins for shipping.
• Accurately package, label, print invoice, and weigh items to be shipped to ensure proper shipment method and shipping charges.
• Scan, sort, and stock new merchandise to inventory shelves.
• Identify and communicate potential inventory issues.
• Relabel and replace old inventory tags/stickers on inventory boxes and merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and neat working station (includes, sanitizing all touch points of workstation).
• Clean warehouse shelves and aisles from empty inventory boxes.
• Manage and transfer shipping bins/carts when they are full to the dock doors to load orders on to UPS trailer/USPS section for pick up.
• Provide support when dock supervisor is not present with deliveries.
• Perform periodic inventory checks.
• Other reasonable duties maybe assigned when needed.

Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull between 30 and 80 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing and walking.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Follows through with all assignments and job duties in a timely manner.
• Ability to function both individually and within a team structure
• Exhibits professionalism, honesty, integrity, courtesy, and respect in dealing with fellow employees, guests, and vendors.
• Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and take direction.
• Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
