Position Summary :
PinkDx is seeking a motivated Scientist I, Product Development to join us in our journey to improve women’s health. This position will be part of a team developing NGS-based molecular diagnostic assays for use in clinical labs in collaboration with cross-functional groups. The successful candidate will have solid knowledge in molecular biology and molecular genetic analysis technologies.
Essential Functions :
- Executes and interprets experiments enabling novel molecular diagnostic assays with supervision.
- Ensure faithful execution of SOPs and accurate and consistent recording of experimental methods, materials and results.
- Analyzes experimental results and forms conclusions based on molecular biology principles.
- Prepares written reports and presentations summarizing experimental results and presents to the R&D team.
- Supports research documentations, including reports, protocols and template worksheets as needed.
- Supports routine lab operations including ordering, equipment maintenance and safety inspection as needed.
- Ensure activities are conducted within internal and external guidelines and regulations.
