Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales people responsible for the day to day operations of the sales floor
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective management of leads.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and forecast future performance.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role automotive sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software for tracking progress.
