THE POSITION: The Estimator is responsible for quoting repair costs to customer in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide “Best in Class” Customer Service to all customers.
- Engage customers and other teammates in a professional manner at all times.
- Review workload and estimate schedule to continuously maximize efficiency.
- Prepare estimates for scheduled customers and non-drive estimates within 1 day of arrival.
- Maintain exceptional CSI and DRP scorecards above company standards.
- Complete a blueprint process for an accurate repair plan and work closely with the repair technician.
- Submit parts orders to the parts department utilizing CCC tasks accurately and timely.
- Maintain communication throughout the repair process with insurance representatives and customers.
- Maintain files daily and record accurate detailed documentation.
- Assist with quality control to assure all aspects of the repair has been completed.
- Prepare final billing prior to completed repairs.
- Close files daily to achieve weekly sales goals.
- Review Account Receivables and open repair orders weekly with management.
- Participate in continued education and training.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
