The Retail Security and Resiliency Advisor will develop and cultivate meaningful relationships with colleagues in other business units and functions (including Operations, Technology, Government Affairs and Partner Communications) to collect insights, inform recommendations, socialize approaches, and inform operationalization of new programs and processes. The Advisor will collaborate with cross-functional partners at the client's Support Center, field leaders, regional partners, and asset protection managers. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (remote / client location) located in Philadelphia, PA.Essential Functions : Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.Maintain a continued, positive relationship with the client, through appropriate contact and the anticipation of service needs.Collect, interpret, and evaluate data from a variety of stakeholders and sources, develop insights, and recommendations for implementation.Provide guidance on best practices on matters of open-source intelligence, and response to natural disasters and violent incidents.Develop physical security strategies, including fostering law enforcement relationships.Maintain professional knowledge pertaining to disaster management, crisis response, and operational systems.Develop key performance indicators and metrics dashboards to improve performance.Assist in the response to emergencies and significant disruptive events impacting client locations.Engage the business and facilitate the development of Business Continuity plans, which are tested for critical business functions and facilitate contingency arrangements and / or capabilities that are fit for purpose and present an effective response.Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior management and relevant stakeholders. All other duties, as assigned.Education, Experience, and Certifications : Bachelor's degree preferred, with five or more years of relevant experience in project management preferably in a Law Enforcement or Corporate security setting.
