Job Description : Join our growing US division as a part of our Business Development team! Pinkfong USA is seeking a highly entrepreneurial, organized, solution-oriented, and creative Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking digital entertainment and technology to the next level. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day duties needed to execute key business initiatives such as marketing initiatives, location-based entertainment partnerships, branded content partnerships and collaborations, consumer experiences, and various project-based initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Development Director in securing new partnerships, collaborations and licensing opportunities across various categories.
- Lead ideation and execution of social media / influencer campaigns and promotional activities for community outreach and growth.
- Collaborate effectively with partners, cross-functional teams, and agencies, ensuring seamless coordination and driving projects to successful completion through consistent follow-up and follow-through.
- Develop and lead execution of marketing strategies and plans for upcoming franchise / brand initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Take the lead in asset management from both internal and external requests, starting with brief all the way to execution ensuring all assets are delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Create tailored proposals and presentations to pitch new partnerships and collaborations to meet company and partner objectives.
- Become an expert in researching and analyzing the competitive landscape and market dynamics to produce informed business development strategies and identify new potential partnerships.
- Coordinate consumer and trade events with internal and external partners including ideation, project management, asset requests, and approvals.
- Manage team / partner agendas and ensure action items and next steps are clearly communicated.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Responsible for other projects as assigned on a regular or occasional basis.
