Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with client coordination
- Providing on-site event support
- Acting as a key on-site resource for vendors, guests, and event contributors
- Ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues during the event
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and attend occasional meetings as needed
- Must be available for event days: April 26, June 14, July 12, and September 27
