Pinnacle Athletic Campus, a premier sports campus and events facility, is searching for a Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Pinnacle Athletic Campus. This can include managing staff members, overseeing programs and leagues.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service, responding to customers questions and resolving their problems and needs in a friendly, accurate and timely manner
- Planning and preparing work duties to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Monitoring and maintaining proper cleanliness, appearance and maintenance as per company guidelines.
- Perform all necessary administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to phone calls, and other program-related duties.
- Manage inventory of recreational and sports league equipment.
- Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines or scheduling needs.
- Coordinate special events.
- Coordinate gym use and rental spaces.
- Other duties given.
- Sport/Coaching experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
