Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and handle paper and cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
- Assist customers with safe deposit box access and process mail and night drop transactions.
- Maintain accurate records, including signature cards, night deposit logs, and mail logs.
- Balance teller drawers at the end of each shift and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
