GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provide all branches/customers with accurate, efficient and professional service. Collects and interprets loan information for preparation of accurate loan documents. Applies bank loan policies to documents to reduce risk to the bank and help the branches use the correct documents for collateral perfection. Maintains loan tickler system for ensuring loan files are complete and reoccurring items are properly tracked. Ensures compliance with regulations to secure various loans and meet government requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Type and prepare note and related documentation in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Review loan documentation for completeness, correctness and compliance.
- Type and prepare modification documentation for existing loans.
- Performs maintenance on Suntell Doc Tracking ticklers to update all information (dates, recurrences, grace periods, etc.) needed in regard to new loan files and changes to existing loans.
- Prints and reviews daily Suntell audit reports of assigned branches to perform quality reviews of items maintenance by branch staff.
- Assist branches in error resolution.
- Review and assist branches with data accuracy in lending programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of bank operations, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of loan documents and loan processes.
- Knowledge of basic loan terminology.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Skill in communicating effectively with management, customers and co-workers.
- Skill in customer relations.
- Detail Oriented and Problem-Solving abilities including basic loan math.
- Ability to work as a team player.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent with previous banking experience or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience with common loan terminology preferred.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting most of the time and walking and standing some of the time. Facilities are located in Fort Collins.
