PinnBank for Business Representative I

At the direction of the PBFB Help Desk Supervisor, provide customer service and data entry support regarding PinnBank for Business via the telephone, chat and email in compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Assists existing customers with basic online business banking issues regarding password resets, unlocks, bill pay, mobile banking and other simple questions.

• Verifies data entry changes made by PBFB Rep II and higher.

• Verifies Fed File Submissions.

• Assists PBFB Help Desk Supervisor with related projects as requested.

• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to read computer screens and reports

Must be able to communicate with customers

Must be able to operate a computer

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting, walking and standing.
