POSITION SUMMARY
The Patient Call Center representative will be the liaison between Pinnacle Home Care and its current clients. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
-Initial point of contact for calls from patients, caregivers, referral sources, and/or employees.
-Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
-Route incoming calls to the appropriate location.
