What You’ll Do as a Home Health LPN:
- Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
- Perform curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventive care tasks as outlined in patient care plans.
- Make decisions based on your nursing experience and education.
- Complete patient documentation promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or LVN license (state-specific).
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or medical/surgical preferred).
