Pinnacle Car Services, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, confident individual to join our Transportation Division located in Rogers, Arkansas as an Office Manager. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for candidates with strong management and administrative experience.

Job Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Office manager duties and responsibilities usually include overseeing administrative staff, receiving and directing client walk-ins, and handling or delegating basic office tasks. This candidate must be able to work under pressure to lead, schedule and resolve problems for our staff and clients. This position requires you to have exceptional communication skills and promote a professional workplace attitude. You must be able to work under pressure and make decisions with little to no direction.
- Position will be overseeing general office operations.
- Creating/managing office and car service driver calendars and schedules.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings for other supervisors as needed.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Purchasing office supplies/equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports for other supervisors as needed.
- Managing affiliate accounts.
- Position will require you to assist the dispatch team in taking phone calls or dispatching rides as needed.
- Competently direct drivers to the next location.
- Dispatch rides accurately and on-time.
- Accurately provide pricing for rides to clients.
- Ability to work with MS Office, Google Office Suite and Gmail.
- Ability to multi task and manage diverse details to excel in a high energy environment with shifting priorities.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent listening skills and communication skills.
- Atmosphere is business casual dress.
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Requires flexible work hours, including some long days and some weekends.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- 2-5 years of service-related supervisor and scheduling experience.
