Summary: Marketing Analyst must be a detail-oriented and strategic individual with expertise in clinical research to support our marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will analyze clinical research trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making, drive customer engagement, and improve market positioning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be self-starters, with responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
  • Identify and generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.
  • Manage PCR Conference management, including budget, logistics and event planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on clinical research trends and industry innovations.
  • Identify key market opportunities, threats, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze clinical research data to identify insights that align with market demands and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with clinical research findings.
  • Provide input and messaging based on market and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in creating go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather insights from clients, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Provide support in the design and execution of marketing campaigns targeting healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend optimizations.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Business, Marketing, or Life Science or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in market analysis, preferably in the clinical research, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Education may substitute experience.
  • Proven track record of analyzing complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Clinical research industry knowledge, preferably understanding of Clinical Research Operations
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) preferred
  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
  • Data-driven and critical thinking skills to continuously improve approaches that achieve the goals as quickly as possible
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent presenting skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes, terminology, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver’s License

  • Work is performed in an office/laboratory and/or a clinical environment.

  • Ability to work in an upright and/or stationary position for 6-10 hours per day.
  • Frequent mobility required.
  • Occasional squatting, kneeling, or bending.
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including medical equipment with a maximum lift of 20-50 lbs.
