Duties And Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be self-starters, with responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Financial Analysis
- Prepare financial reports, including periodic statements of site financial performance.
- Coordinate site activities with corporate finance department.
- Support management of site budgeting and performance reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Develop and track operational dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data in clinical trial management system.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
- Utilize Clinical Trial Management, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
- Maintain and improve data collection and reporting systems.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, operations, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
