Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that all IT systems function efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues effectively.

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
  • Network and Wireless connectivity
  • Servers and file access
  • Printers and multifunction devices
  • End-user computers (Windows, Mac, and mobile)
  • Phone and PBX systems
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of IT assets and user configurations.
  • Log all help desk interactions, escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 as needed.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware and software as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic system monitoring.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account creation and hardware setup.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting non-technical users.
  • 1 years of experience in an IT support role preferred.
  • Solid foundational knowledge in:
  • Basic networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Wireless connectivity troubleshooting
  • Windows Server environment fundamentals
  • Printer/scanner setup and maintenance
  • Common end-user devices and applications
  • Phone systems and PBX administration
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The canidate in question should have strong communications skills. Salary will be commesurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $24.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Work Location: In person
