What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at Pinnacle Construction?
Pinnacle Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team. This is a full time, W-2 position. Compensation based upon experience. Extensive construction experience is required. This is not an entry level position.
The Production Manager will play a crucial role on the production team with duties to include organization, management, product orders and scheduling of workflows to meet demand and ensure performance quality. Knowledge of the construction production process, experience in management of staff and scheduling is required.
The Production Manager is Responsible to:
- Coordinate with all team members to craft the daily, weekly and monthly schedules for production projects.
- Order and verify delivery of materials.
- Communicate with and schedule both in-house labor and sub-contractors.
- Communicate information about status update or production changes with team, customer, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Handle unforeseen problems in the field
- Ensure everyone involved on a project has the necessary skills, tools and materials to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage multiple simultaneous production schedules
- Ensure teams meet deadlines
- Provide constructive feedback to team members
- Review production to find areas of improvement
- Create long-term and short-term production schedule procedures
- Bid projects
- Manage and review project expenses
Experience:
- A high school diploma is required
- Residential construction related experience is required
- Construction related degree preferred
- Proven experience in construction production planning and scheduling
- Experience with construction software, including Excel, Acculynx, Company Cam, Exactimate, Docusketch, and others.
- General construction: 5 years experience (required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years experience (required)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
