Qualifications:

• Strong Work Ethic
• Project Management Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Landscaping Experience: 2 years (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• Construction Experience: 1 Year (Required)
• Drivers License (Required)

Required Skills:

• This position requires a person to be detail oriented
• Relationship building ability is essential
• This person must be honest and operate with integrity
• Organizational skills are essential
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly and accurately is a must
• Basic computer skills are required
• Basic math skills are required
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Must be able to adapt to a fast paced and constantly changing environment
• Conflict resolution and conflict management is required

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for Project Performance (scope, quality, schedule, and cost).
• Ability to engage with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish a cohesive relationship and coordinate job schedules.
• Manage Subcontractors to ensure jobs are performed on time, within budget, safely, and of quality standards of the company.
• Manage Margins - Understanding scope of each job to track and document expense and revenue that each job generates.
• Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality
• Create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize safety protocols set by OSHA.
• Provide a positive and engaging work Environment.
• Expedite material deliveries according to project schedule requirements.
• Review and approve material/equipment Invoices according to the project budget.
• This position reports to the Division Manager.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
