Qualifications:
- Strong Work Ethic
- Project Management Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Landscaping Experience: 2 years (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Construction Experience: 1 Year (Required)
- Drivers License (Required)
Required Skills:
- This position requires a person to be detail oriented
- Relationship building ability is essential
- This person must be honest and operate with integrity
- Organizational skills are essential
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly and accurately is a must
- Basic computer skills are required
- Basic math skills are required
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Conflict resolution and conflict management is required
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Project Performance (scope, quality, schedule, and cost).
- Ability to engage with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish a cohesive relationship and coordinate job schedules.
- Manage Subcontractors to ensure jobs are performed on time, within budget, safely, and of quality standards of the company.
- Manage Margins - Understanding scope of each job to track and document expense and revenue that each job generates.
- Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality
- Create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize safety protocols set by OSHA.
- Provide a positive and engaging work Environment.
- Expedite material deliveries according to project schedule requirements.
- Review and approve material/equipment Invoices according to the project budget.
- This position reports to the Division Manager.
