- Ensure palatability, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
- Follow portion controls as dictated by menus and requirements.
- Complete required paperwork for quality of food and services.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
- Follows assigned break schedules; work weekends, evenings and holidays are required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
