Job Duties :
Complete and verify pre-service set up with appropriate equipment, food and oversee the service of the food to the residents.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Ensure compliance support and administer all company rules, procedures and policies with regards to operations are followed.
Directing and assisting with the preparation and service of regular meals and therapeutic diets.
Participate in setting and adjusting the residents in the dining room for proper eating positions.
Oversee all residents that need assistance / service with eating and ensure proper diet / consistency is achieved.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements :
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
May be required work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environment.
