Established food service management company actively seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Director of Dining Operations.
This job will include overseeing all aspects of long term care dietary dining experience at multiple locations.
Candidates must have healthcare experience specializing in long term care and drug rehab facilities. This individual must possess the ability to lead the organization through change and growth.
Must be familiar with food prep operations, clinical services and regulatory compliance.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role supervising 50 or more employees.
Good communication, verbal and written as well as computer skills with a familiarity with Quickbooks and nutritional software such as Mealtracker, GeriMenu etc.
