Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversees the operations of multiple locations, primarily responsible for ensuring each store meets operational goals, adheres to company policies, and maintains operational efficiency by managing and overseeing the store managers assigned to each location, hiring and training store managers, identifying and resolving issues within the stores and reporting back to senior management with recommendations for improvement; Operations Manager will must be willing to travel frequently to visit stores across the company including NY, PA, and Ohio.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Monitoring store manager and store performance across all locations, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to achieve company goals.
· Hiring and training store managers and staff, conducting performance evaluations, addressing store manager concerns and motivating teams to achieve goals.
· Ensuring stores maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding customer service, customer deliveries, inventory management, payroll compliance and safety standards.
· Reviewing financial reports, managing store budgets (P&L’s) and adjusting as needed to optimize profitability.
· Identifying and resolving operational challenges within stores, including customer complaints.
· Analyze each location such as appearance, performance and efficiency for improvement of the overall operations.
· Regularly communicating with store managers, general managers and corporate teams to share updates, address concerns, and align strategies.
· Providing ongoing training to store managers regarding daily location requirements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
· Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
· Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required.
· Five years of related experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to lift up to 50lbs if needed
· Must be able to travel within New York, Ohio, & Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
