Embryologist

We offer the full array of fertility treatments, including insemination or intrauterine insemination (IUI) program (with partner or donor sperm), and assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures such as in-vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfer procedure (FET), and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and have helped hundreds of patients become parents.

Summary:

We are seeking an Embryologist to join our growing fertility clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reproductive biology and assisted reproductive technology (ART), as well as exceptional laboratory skills and attention to detail. As an embryologist at our clinic, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory procedures related to the culture, selection, and manipulation of human embryos, as well as working closely with our medical team to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all laboratory procedures related to the culture, selection, and manipulation of
• human embryos, including gamete handling, insemination, embryo culture, embryo
• grading, cryopreservation, and biopsy.
• Monitor laboratory conditions and equipment to ensure optimal environment for
• embryo development.
• Work collaboratively with our medical team to develop and implement individualized
• treatment plans for patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART).
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory procedures and patient
• information.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities, including proficiency
• testing, equipment maintenance, and laboratory inspections.
• Participate in research and development activities to improve laboratory protocols and
• outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in ART and reproductive
• biology.
• Assist with the training and supervision of laboratory staff and students as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in reproductive biology, embryology, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in a clinical embryology laboratory setting.
• ICSI Required, Biopsy is a plus
• Strong knowledge of embryology laboratory techniques, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent laboratory skills, including proficiency in micromanipulation and cryopreservation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong commitment to patient care, privacy, and confidentiality.
