FT Member Services Representative Description
The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Schedule
- Full Time Availability
- Morning (1st Shift)
- Sunday-Saturday: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Monday: 5:00AM to 1:00 PM
- 5 work days, 2 off
- 8-hour shift
Or
- Full Time Availability
- Afternoon (2nd Shift)
- Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Friday: 1:30 PM -9:30 PM
- Sunday & Saturday: 1:30- PM to 9:30 PM
- 5 days working, 2 days off
- 8-hour shift
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities including:
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- Check members into the system.
- New member sign-up.
- Take prospective members on tours.
- Facilitate needed updates to members accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
