Under general direction of the Training, Learning, and Development Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible ensuring that the Field Operations Team is supported, promoted, and developed through the execution and management of the talent acquisition and recruitment practices. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging talent that will meet the needs of the company while providing exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for sourcing field level roles. This role requires a strong people focus, the ability to manage multiple requisitions, and the ability to build strong partnerships with Operations to ensure the successful execution of all recruitment steps. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must be sensitive to corporate objectives, employee engagement, and business needs.
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
Office Schedule: Hybrid
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Execute the recruitment process by posting positions, sourcing candidates for hard to fill locations outside of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), screening candidates, Scheduling interviews for hiring managers, and ensuring all candidates are dispositioned and notified of their application status within the ATS.
- Manage all preemployment requirements as assigned by Club Leadership, including, completing the application, processing the criminal background check. Build a relationship that supports open communication across the company that allows for a clear understanding of the recruitment process. This will include communication on starting employees in onboarding, ensuring New Hire approvals are completed, reopening positions when candidates decline offers, and building an employee centric environment.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to enhance and improve the ATS to increase the efficiency of full-cycle recruitment and eliminate redundancies across the company.
- Source and manage a high volume of candidates for job openings nationwide while maintaining clear communication regarding each open requisition.
- Address compliance requirements for the Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC)
- Ensure effective overall compliance across all people related programs.
- Act as the first line of communication for the Human Resources Department and Company by addressing and routing incoming calls and requests.
- Lead the compliance review of onboarding through company checklist management and Form I-9 reviews.
- Work with the Sr. HR Director to ensure all compliance metrics are met.
- Build a rapport with Hiring Manager and Candidates to build a strong pipeline with open communication.
- Clearly communicate candidate and company expectations during the interview process.
- Effectively anticipates the unintended consequences and broader impact of decisions.
- Builds and fosters relationships with the business, manages expectations and delivers results.
- Other responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field required.
- 1 years recruiting experience.
- 1 years of HRIS Experience
- Multi-state experience.
- Demonstrated relationship management and team oriented.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented and high analytical thinking with proven ability to problem-solve.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Dropbox knowledge is preferred.
- Satisfactory background check.
