Hotel Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of the hotel. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for budgeting, revenue management, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of guest relations and satisfaction by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
• Supervise staff across various departments, providing training and support to enhance performance.
• Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and manage budgets, analyzing financial data to optimize revenue and control costs.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of guest relations practices and front desk operations.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting is preferred.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Proficient in budgeting and revenue management techniques.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with international guests.
• A strong commitment to hospitality excellence with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
