Duties:
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients
- Manage day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of rehabilitation staff
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the department
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Experience in long-term-care rehabilitation
- Current licensure as a therapist in NY
- Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Ability to manage and support a team of rehabilitation professionals
