Job Description :
- Targeted Years of Experience : 3 to 5 years
- Understanding of leasing agreements, being able to reconcile rent and strong verbal communication.
- The candidate in this position will be working terminations as well as CPI.
- Candidate should be able to read and understand leasing agreements, do recon's and have a basic knowledge of CPI.

Pay Range : $38hhr to $40hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
