Content StrategistWork Location - Dallas, TX 75202Positions Requested - 1Total Hours - 1-year contract initiallyUS Citizen or Permanent ResidentProject - Culture & Inclusion Transformation Initiative On-site position, Part time, 3 days per week, 20 hoursTOP 5 SKILLS Proven experience in graphic design and creating advanced executive level PowerPoint presentations, corporate culture & inclusion newsletters and communiques.Strong ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.Experience in human-centered spaces or similar environments is preferred to help drive culture and foster inclusion.Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex strategic ideas in a clear and concise manner for executive-level leadership.Transform complex data and concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and infographics, with a focus on employee engagement and culture-driving strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance our culture and inclusion initiatives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.Continuously improve and innovate presentation templates and design processes to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all presentations are polished, professional, and free of errors.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.Pay Range : $30 - $40The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
