Digital Producer

Project
- Work with UI and UX leads; other product and motion designers; copywriters; business owners; product managers; and engineers to build high-quality native / mobile app experiences for various platforms.
- Facilitate communication between designers, product, development, and other team members to ensure a unified vision for the project.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process through design thinking, user flows, wireframes, and low- or high-fidelity prototypes and design compositions.
- Collaboration and alignment with teams responsible for online and mobile experiences to ensure customer's needs are met across the digital ecosystem.
Competencies
o Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
o Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise between creative, product, and technical teams.
o Ability to clearly convey project requirements and updates to stakeholders.
o Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with designers, product, developers, and other team members.
o Facilitate a collaborative environment to ensure a unified vision for the project.
o Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
o Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
o Ensuring all design meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines by working with subject matter experts in the areas of Information Architecture, Visual Design, Motion Design, and Content Strategy.
Technical Skills
Pay Range : $50 - $70
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
