Position Description
Role Title : Network Construction and Maintenance Technician
Duration : 6 Months
Work Location : Onsite
Work Schedule : Standard Monday- Friday schedule
Project Overview : We use microwave radio antennas to provide residential and business customers with remarkably fast, exceptionally reliable internet service. When joining our team, the technician will be a part of our frontline team that's supporting our valued customers.
Overall Responsibilities : This position will help assist with all construction buildout activities for new properties, including pulling cable, installing conduit, installing microwave point-to-point radios, and installing backbone fiber networks. Work with the team on upgrades and maintenance of the market's network. Lastly, assist with outages outside of working hours.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities :
- Assist with construction buildout, including pulling cable, installing conduit, installing microwave point-to-point radios, and installing backbone fiber networks.
- Conduct building maintenance, including replacing outdated equipment, upgrading the network, and ensuring that building equipment is installed to our standards.
- Be on call to assist with network outages outside working hours, weekends and holidays.
- Pull, terminate, and test ethernet, make required cross connects.
- May perform residential in-home customer installation work as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with local and central teams to provide updates on projects as needed.

Pay Range : $20-25 / hr
