Tier 1 Bank or Big 4 ExperienceRegulatory change or transformation workAbility to lead a workstreamGood stakeholder managementThe role will be part of a Markets Program Management Team, charged with ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams whilst imparting subject matter expertise and know-how. The candidate must be an individual experienced in project management and with sufficient subject matter expertise to be able to provide meaningful solutions that are functional and sustainable.
Primary Responsibilities :
Transformation / change management / PMO experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to facilitate compliance with material regulatory driven changePartner with the Business, Legal, Risk and Operations to facilitate redocumentation and operational readinessRepresent Markets Transformation across various streams of work to ensure the timely delivery of key initiatives, milestones, issue tracking, and issue remediation.Communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the program / project, including obtaining buy-in for business process and infrastructure changes.Work closely with the Markets Business and Technology teams to ensure that the data is accurate, complete, has proper data lineage, and help steer the overall data governance.Analyse large datasetsDeliver effective, articulate, and concise presentations to senior management covering project / program status, resourcing and plansComply with all project management standardsManage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including developing collaborative relationships with Sales & Trading, Business Managers, Product Owners, Risk, Legal and Operations teamsIdentify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated mannerKey skills required
A minimum of 10 years experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.Experience with Capital Markets TransformationWorking knowledge of Markets business and products and / or regulatory capitalExperience analyzing large datasetsStrong project and program management skills; ability to gain consensus among project team and stakeholders, and drive initiatives to completion effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholdersAbility to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectivesThought leadership in target state design through engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organizationDemonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capability key skills preferredExperience in Risk and Regulatory related projectsBachelors / University degree, Masters degree preferredProject Management certifications e.g. PMP or equivalent a strong plusPay Range : $80 - $90 / hour on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
