Job Description :
This role primarily is responsible for modernizing the application and supporting the enhancement.
The work you will be doing is to architect, design and develop applications and be responsible for leading large and complex business initiatives based on contractual agreements for Wholesale and delivering best in class customer experience.
Candidate will interact daily with business partners in Wholesale, Marketing, Network, Revenue Assurance, Finance and GTS teams and outline IT solutions.
Candidate will guide IT team members for time boxed delivery of prioritized business functionality incorporating high quality deliverables.
Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple projects using on-site and offshore resources to maintain and develop applications for both enterprise releases and smaller maintenance releases.
Candidate will follow Agile methodology and ensure Security compliance with enterprise standards.
Also make sure the Billing System adheres to SOX Audit rules.
Monitor security vulnerability reports and Track fixes for reported issues.
Candidate will evaluate and recommend technology stack and ensure it is forward looking based on Industry trends.
Responsibilities :
Analyze architecture, relationship between systems, and end-to-end application flow
Evaluate solution's alignment with the Reseller agreements and contracts
Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture.
Evaluate and recommend technology stack based on new technologies
Outline Scalable architecture and Cloud enablement and strategy.
Design systems that deliver business functions or architectural components.
Lead End-to-End solution & leverage technical team members for delivery of projects
Performance tuning of mission critical applications.
Collaborate with interfacing teams and take action to resolve the defects.
Support production rollout of the enhancements with validation and post production issue resolution for enterprise release and maintenance releases.
Track project metrics and drive self-serve utilization.
Strong track record of leading complex programs
Adopt Agile 2.0, DevOps and other enablers to improve effectiveness of project delivery.
Provide readouts to Senior management on key projects and updates on technical solutions
Must Have Skills (Most Important) :
5 years of Experience in Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful API and Work flow orchestration
3 years of Experience in Camel, preferred with version 3.21 or above.
5 years of Experience in Web technologies like React Framework
5 years of Experience in Java / J2EE Technologies with latest JDK 17 version preferred.
3 years of Experience in microservices architecture with certification preferred.
Teamwork and collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams
Communication & stakeholder management skills
Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues
Ability to deal with ambiguity and the corresponding ability to quickly provide sound decisions and recommendations.
Desired Skills :
Experience in Provisioning in Telecom industry is a big plus
Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Artifactory Terraform
Experience in Security, Tools that identify security vulnerabilities like Fortify, Blackduck etc. and track it
3 years of Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Exposure to Kafka / IBM MQ
2 years of Experience in working with Oracle Cloud with certification preferred.
Education / Certifications : Please indicate whether education and / or certifications are required or desired.
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science or similar.
10 plus years of IT experience with six or more years of relevant work experience.
Strong experience in Database Technologies

Pay Range : $60 to $65hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
