Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, the Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Duties
- Perform daily, thorough cleaning of all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, common areas.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and ensure it is fully stocked.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and dusters, to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
