Academic Family Medicine Opportunity
Core Faculty Member Position
Regional Medical Center is launching a Family Medicine Rural Residency with inaugural class in July 2024 with 6 residents per Program Year as a 3-year program
Located near New Orleans with a Salary of $300k per year
60% of the time spent seeing patients with Residents
40% of the time spent seeing your own patients
0.5 days per week spent on administrative duties
Call based on clinic and resident competency
No Inpatient to start but will happen in the future
Ideal candidate is Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine who ideally does OB, however candidates who do not do OB will be considered
