Pinnacle Home Health and Hospice is seeking a (DPCS) Director of Patient Care Services for Home Health and Hospice, with excellent management and organizational skills to lead our staff of nursing professionals and oversee patient care. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the nursing department, including compliance, medical records, and treatment planning. You must be a registered nurse (RN), Preferably with prior supervisory experience at a Home Health and Hospice facility.
