What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at Pinnacle Home Improvement Company LLC?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to work out of Gwinnett County and surrounding areas to oversee exterior replacement projects and ensure they are completed on time and the workmanship is according to company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or restoration experience, excellent customer service skills and ability to learn our construction management software. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for overseeing installation crews on-site.

- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with Production managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow. Keep Production mangers updated on the progress of the jobs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and conduct the final walk-around with homeowners. Create a punchlist when needed for the installation crews.
- Utilize construction management software to update the progress on each individual job assigned to you.
- Perform repairs when needed to ensure job is completed. Example: Broken window sash
- Through effective customer service, be able to ask for a positive review from homeowners.
- Pickup and return any unused materials ( Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs)
- Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively to minimize delays.
- General onsite customer service answering questions and remedying situations that can arise.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Ability to learn and utilize our construction management software.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a construction environment is a plus!
- Experience working and managing exterior remodeling projects or similar constructions is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, siding, roofing, window and door installation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have basic familiarity of vinyl siding replacement and products
- Must have basic familiarity of roofing
- Must have basic familiarity of vinyl window replacements
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, Production managers and homeowners.
- Basic math skills and an understanding of electrical, plumbing, siding,roofing,window and door installation.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams on construction sites.
- Bilingual- Spanish/English is a plus
- Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle report required
Base salary plus bonuses. Company provided truck and gas card.
