The daily processes will include but are not limited to: working door-to-door, speaking with homeowners, and setting appointments for Pinnacle Outside Sales Reps.

Compensation: Hourly Base, starting at $18/hour Bonus

Work Location:
- Some in-office, mostly in the field
Schedule:
- Part-Time
- Evening shift
- Weekends
- Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Setting appointments as per the daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Communicates with the call center to ensure accuracy.
- Track flow of jobs
- Confirms accuracy of data for input in the system on metrics, leads and appointments.
- Communicates as needed with Sales Managers / General Managers
- Proactive with customer communications.
- Keeps up on all appointments and results.
- Assist in scheduling and working with staff.
- Maintains documentation in LP and CRM
- Maintains documentation in Lead Perfection and CRM
- Team Player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Siding, Window, and Roofing experience preferred, not required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Proficiency in Lead Perfection or similar CRM platforms preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Must be comfortable in an outdoor environment; must be able to walk, sit, standing for extended periods of time; frequently uses devices to communicate such as a smartphone or tablet.
