Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to promote Pinnacle and attract strong candidates to our workforce. The Recruiter will collaborate with Hiring Managers on the hiring process, be responsible for writing job postings and advertisements, reviewing resumes and applications, setting up interviews and screening on the phone and in person, checking references, maintaining all documentation. The recruiter will manage high-volume recruitment of lead generation and sales roles using a variety of platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with key hiring managers.
- Develop an understanding of Pinnacle’s culture, practices and roles to effectively convey to new candidates.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs via various platforms
- Actively source qualified and experienced candidates using resources available
- Review candidates resumes and job applications
- Inform applicants of position responsibilities, benefits, work hours, etc.
- Act as a point of contact during the selection process
- Track all applicants in ATS database
- Facilitate the completion of pre-hire checks, including background, MVRs, predictive index assessments, references, etc.
- Make candidate recommendations to HR & Hiring managers
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, state agencies, etc. to fill existing needs and to create a pipeline of qualified applicants
- Attend job fairs, career fairs, and other events as necessary
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies during the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR Generalist to transition candidates to employee onboarding
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting
- Proven ability in interviewing and actively sourcing candidates
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Experience in recruiting sales and lead generation positions preferred
- Experience using Predictive Index Assessments a plus
- SHRM-CP or Talent Acquisition Specialty Credentials a plus
Other Requirements:
- Full-time; Monday – Friday; In-Person (Nashville, TN or Alpharetta, GA)
- Pay: Bade Performance Bonus
- Up to 25% travel may be required throughout TN, GA, NC, AL, and FL.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
