As an Inside Sales/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging in meaningful conversations, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Your goal is to help homeowners understand their home improvement needs and connect them with our expert outside sales team.
Top Producers earn an average of $25-$30 per hour!

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers and set appointments for the sales team
- Build rapport and qualify leads based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records in Lead Perfection CRM or similar platforms
- Develop a strong understanding of our home improvement products & services
- Identify high-value leads and help maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights

✔ Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development

✔ Strong telemarketing and outbound call experience (call center experience preferred)
✔ Competitive sales mindset with a passion for closing deals
✔ Self-motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
✔ Proficiency in CRM platforms (Lead Perfection experience is a plus)
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required (Degree in a relevant field preferred)
✔ Fluent in English
